AiPC Purchase Assist Program

For many home users and small business owers, purchasing peripherals and upgrade components, or even purchasing a new desktop, notebook or netbook computer can feel overwhelming!  There are so many things to consider before making the purchase.  Is the product actually as good as they say it is? What features are available?  Do I truly need all of the features?  Will I be able to upgrade the product later on if I wish to do so?  Let AiPC help you research, make selections and purchase that peripheral, component or computer.  AiPC is continually researching and reviewing devices and computers, as well as software, and can help you find the product that is the best fit for you.

Research & Purchase - AiPC will begin by interviewing you, asking the correct questions in order to customize the purchase for you. Then AiPC will conduct thorough research to find the best product on the market and the best price.  Finally, AiPC will purchase the product for you!  All you have to do is sit back and wait for the arrival of your new product.  But then there is more...

Receive, Inspect and Test - The product is shipped to AiPC's computer laboratory for comprehensive inspection and testing.  If the product is obviously defective or fails any test, AiPC immediately handles the return/replacement of the product. Only when AiPC has determined that your new product is in good working order will it be delivered to you.

Desktop, Notebook and Netbook Computers

Having AiPC purchase your next computer is the ultimate in hassle-free shopping.  AiPC receives, inspects and tests the new computer, activates and registers the operating system and, finally,  installs and configures all applications chosen or provided by you.  You will receive your new computer only after it has been tested fully, set up and configured.

This service applies to desktop computers of various shapes and sizes, laptop or notebook computers (12", 14", 14.5" and 17") and netbook computers (9" to 10.1").

Here is an outline of the entire "purchase assist" process for computer systems:

  1. AiPC first discusses with you what system types and options are available, and then gets all pertinent information (needs, preferences and requirements) to assemble a truly customized system.

  2. AiPC conducts thorough research of available products and prices.

  3. AiPC purchases the computer system and has it delivered to AiPC's  computer laboratory.

  4. AiPC performs a visual inspection of product(s) and, then, comprehensive diagnostic testing.

  5. AiPC handles all returns/replacements, if needed.

  6. AiPC activates and registers the Microsoft Windows operating system.

  7. AiPC updates, configures and optimizes the operating system.

  8. AiPC installs, activates, registers and updates all non-Windows applications.  (Note: compatibility testing is performed after each application installation.)

  9. AiPC optimizes the operating system, and then performs a final test of all system functions (video, audio, USB, wired Ethernet, wireless LAN, etc.).

  10. AiPC finally delivers the new, fully-operational computer system to you to be placed immediately into service.
