Service Plans for Home Users
Maintenance - This cleaning, checkup and tune-up package is recommended annually, but these services may be scheduled at any interval. Any of these services also may be performed separately on any scheduled date or at any specified interval. If you request AiPC to schedule your computer for a service or service package (as either a one-time only service or at a recurring interval), as a reminder AiPC will call or email you approximately one week in advance of the due date. Data Back-up - If you have personal data (e.g., files, pictures and movies) on your computer that are very important to you, then AiPC recommends that you have the data backed up at regular intervals to CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray media, a flash drive or an external hard disk drive (wired or wireless). AiPC can assist you in backing up your data either manually or automatically. There are many options available and AiPC will be happy to discuss all of them with you. Data Back-up - All business files (e.g., client, financial and inventory) is important, and AiPC recommends data back up at regularly scheduled intervals. AiPC can assist you in backing up your data either manually or automatically. There are many options available and AiPC will be happy to discuss all of them with you. For additional data protection, off-site storage of data is available. |
